*** thank you DDH for reaching out after review. Staff is kind*** urine scent was very strong. Brought my dog for a temperament test where the test was just bringing him in the room with about 12 to 15 dogs. They piled on top of him. He’s only 11 pounds. Thank God, the workers decided to distract the dogs and move them away. The camera link provided us has a huge Blindspot so the one hour my dog was there I didn’t get to see him. He came out completely covered in dog slobber. I feel like they could’ve wiped him down. He came home took a nap once he woke up. He had a limp. Thank God it just seemed to be muscle soreness or maybe some type of over extension. Not for my dog particularly

This is my dog's favorite place outside of the house. He learned how to socialize and play with pups. It keeps him stimulated and cared for on long work days. The staff and owner truly care and are all amazing

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LEAVING YOUR DOG HERE!!!! I picked up my dog and she was injured!! This is our second time with Dusty's Dog House and it was really bad! We left her for 10 days and when I picked her up, they said she got into a fight with other dogs and she was injured that's why they had to isolate her for majority of her stay. I talked to the owner and they said a couple of marks are normal when dogs play and he also said that we signed a waiver releasing them from liability in case of any injury. I understand that dogs can get injured and that they have no liability. I guess I expected too much from them considering we paid close to $700. It would have been better if we were updated of what was happening throughout, instead of finding about it only when we picked her up. It also would have been good if they took her out once in a while to walk/play and sent a few pictures of how she was doing. When you leave your dog in a place like this, you want your dog to enjoy and you want to have the peace of mind that she will be safe and taken care of, and not be injured, locked up and isolated!! I dont think my dog enjoyed her stay here and, considering the marks she has all over

My dog got sick while we were on vacation (she was at dustys)- she's been going there for 9 years. They ran her to vet where she unfortunately passed away due to old age (she was 15). They took care of her and stayed with her at vet as long as they could. When we came home from vacation and I went to dustys to pick up Belle's belongings, Frank the owner didn't even charge me for the 6 nights that she was there before she passed. Words cant even express what that meant to me. Picture attached for memory of Belle <3

Good, affordable dog boarding services. Quick with updates when asked, clean facility and excellent exit grooming. Will be using their services in the future, thanks for taking care of our Diesel boy.
