We love the staff at Dundee AH! Dr. Lupo is so thorough, kind, and informative. The techs and front staff are very caring and supportive too. The patience from Dr. Lupo and staff is such an appreciated asset. It feels good to be confident in knowing my dog is truly cared about and receives the best healthcare. Thank you all for all that you do!

We had another amazing experience. Our cat hasn’t been to a vet or in the car for over ten years and she must have felt comfortable! They took such good care of her and put us at peace too. Our tech was sweet, Dr Robbins so kind and Dr Lupo as well when he called with results! Thanks for taking care of our babies over the years!

My fur babies have been patients at Dundee Animal Hospital for many years, specifically Dr. Larson. Everyone there is truly there because they love animals and want to provide the best care possible. They will always be my vet of choice!

We are incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Lupo and Dundee Animal Hospital of Elgin. Our sweet tripod needed to establish care in our new hometown and we were so lucky to have met Dr. Lupo and all the staff there. Unfortunately, our time was short, as we unexpectedly discovered our guy had cancer. But Dr. Lupo helped us keep him as comfortable as possible for over 6 months and even made sure he was the one to help us say goodbye, even though it was not a clinic day for him. Dr. Lupo treated Bruiser like family and had the best bedside manner. He delivered news in a straightforward way, but was extremely tender and caring. The best vet we’ve ever encountered (and we’ve been through a lot with a senior disabled pup moving from the city to the burbs!!). Cannot thank this team enough for their care. Highly recommend Dr. Lupo. He will be our next vet once we feel ready to add a new member to the family. ❤️

Today we had the unfortunate experience of having to put down our precious Layla. She was almost 15 and it was time. I can’t thank Dr Larson and staff of how kind, caring and compassionate the staff was. No rushing us at all. The room was ours for as long as we needed. They made a difficult moment in our lives, just a bit easier. They made her up a delicious meal and even offered her chocolate. Thank you so much for making this difficult moment in our lives a little bit easier. RIP Sweet Layla you will be forever missed
