Sapphire was amazing she was so helpful and patient with me. She offered suggestions to help me when my payment method was not working. She had great ideas and was kind. She also informed of the promotions going on and that I can go to any drive and shine to wash my car. She is definitely an asset to your team! Thank you again Sapphire.

I had a great experience at Drive & Shine, and I especially want to recognize Ashten for the customer service. From the moment I arrived, Ashten was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure I understood what was being done before moving forward. What stood out most was that the service didn’t feel like someone just trying to get me in and out or sell me something. Ashten actually listened to what I needed and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. It’s hard to find employees who make you feel like they actually care about the customer and the quality of the service, but he definitely did. The overall experience at Drive & Shine was quick, smooth, and professional, and the customer service made an already good experience even better. Employees like Ashten are the reason customers come back. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this location to anyone looking for great service. Give that man his recognition — he earned it!

Just tried the interior services today and I was impressed at how quick and efficient the process was! It's a simple detail service, just covers the basics but it's absolutely worth the low price and was much faster than doing it myself! Brandon was super friendly, as well as the other staff members. Phenomenal customer service!

I recently took my car to **Drive & Shine in Mishawaka** for an interior cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. The attention to detail on the interior was top-notch; they managed to make the cabin look and feel brand new again. Every nook and cranny was spotless, which is exactly the kind of quality you hope for but don't always get elsewhere. Beyond the actual cleaning, the **customer service** really set this experience apart. I worked with **Danny Tyson**, who was professional, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure I was satisfied with the work. It’s rare to find that level of personal care at a high-volume shop. If you need your vehicle refreshed, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Danny—he'll make sure you’re taken care of!

The team at Drive and Shine took my mom’s dull winter stained Honda Pilot and spurned it sparking and like NEW! Wow. Brandon helped us out with a super clean interior and Johnny got us signed up for the monthly VIP club. Thanks Drive and Shine! Worth every penny.
