Downtown Dog

I have loved Downtown Dog and the way my two Dobermans enjoy being here for years. Now the new management has been making exciting updates and it feels my dogs love the place even more. Updated outdoor areas, indoor play and kennel spaces have proven to make the dogs excited to arrive and happily exhausted at the end of each day they are here. They also have great boarding. Remains a great place that I am comfortable leaving my kids.

Downtown Dog has been my go-to for boarding/daycare since I moved to Dallas. They have been easy to work with through multiple dogs, vets, moves, and proactive & communicative whenever issues pop up. Under new management they are making improvements to the overall experience, and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

There is no other place like Downtown Dogs. First of all the staff is amazing and caring and the fact they have perhaps the largest space outside in the middle of Downtown Dallas for your pups to socialize and run. I personally have a Great Pyrenees so that's very important to me. They also offer vaccines at a discounted rate and bathing and grooming services as well as being able to buy food from them meaning sort of like a pet store. In addition, my darling Jolie celebrated her 5th bithhday there and they took videos and sent to me. So so sweet! And as an extra they have invested in Ben and Jerry's pet ice cream for your sweet pup if you want to add it on as an extra treat for your dog when you're away from him or her. I don't care where you live in the Dallas Metoplex area - this is the only boarding and/or daycare place you should consider.

This place is the best, started bring my baby Lola here near the end of February and I have nothing to say other then the staff is fabulous. Especially Starla, she has helped my girl so much with getting accustomed to her new surroundings. She has been so sweet to her and send me pictures when I asked. Wouldn’t want it any other way 10/10

I recently boarded my dog Maya here and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and you can tell they actually care about the dogs. Drop-off and pick-up is really easy which made me more comfortable leaving Maya with them. The staff sent daily updates and pictures so I knew she was having a good time there. When I picked her up, she was happy, healthy, and the staff raved about a great dog she had been while there. I’m always a little stressed leaving my dog somewhere, but this place def made it easier. I’ll be using them again for my next trip.
