I have yet to do this but I am now because of the "director" Mrs. Oliva probably ms. By the way she handles things, had lashed out at me via text threatened me with escalation to HR over something that should have been done by the front desk. Because she failed to tell me that my dog was 2 months behind in his vaccinations (which was false btw cause I had him revaccinated at my new vet)when I called to set up the appointment. Because of this person at front desk who didn't tell me while I was making my appointment I had been there early to get my dog groomed by,a very talented person I might add.due to moving to my new house in Florence Kentucky,I drive all the way to place I thought took great care of my dog. Apparently since the front desk can't even do her job right I question if anyone else there does except for the groomer. She is very nice and very good at what she does and I tip her well as she deserves it. But the director who I have proof of how she handles things and making false claims that I have done, here is her false accusations, "Your subsequent behavior.. causing a scene*there was no one around to cause a scene*, yelling at staff, harassing our groomer via Facebook

Both of my dogs caught kennel cough from this location during their “test day”. We had to cancel boarding with them because of the illness and scrambled to find a house sitter last minute. We will not be returning. Yes the issue was told to staff, no they didn’t do anything about it. The indoor area is small and the outdoor area is even smaller. Find somewhere better to send your pets.

We love Dogtown and so does my pup Violet! It’s a relief knowing that my dog is being cared for by awesome staff while we’re away at work. Violet has made so many friends and enjoys her time there. I cannot say enough positive things about Dogtown and the people that work there, I feel so fortunate to have found them.

I love Dogtown, and so does my dog Rosie! Rosie has a membership, and goes to daycare at least twice weekly, sometimes more. Every time I drop her off at daycare, she bolts through the door. My dog is very social, and Rosie loves to be around all the dogs and employees at Dogtown. I also exclusively board and groom Rosie at Dogtown. As long as I live in Cincinnati, Rosie will be a member at Dogtown West. I cannot recommend it enough!

The most horrible experiences I ever had. We tried to give them chances so many times, but all they did just made us disappointed and upset. First time, One night my husband picked up our dog, any of employees there didn’t tell him my dog got a cut on her face. Until I got home, I figured out that. My husband called them next day, what the manager’s answer was “they forgot to tell us that night, but they actually wrote it down in the journal. This won’t happen again.” Ok, that’s fine. We tried to understand. But honestly, that’s their everyday work, how come they can forget? Not even professional about their service. Second time, we checked on the camera. Quite while I couldn’t see my dog. So we called. They said my dog was at the hallway, she didn’t want to go into the room and play with dogs. Actually it’s kinda scary if you can’t see your baby for some time. The last time, which totally ruined our trust to this team. From the camera, we saw our dog was put into a smaller cage compared to other bigger ones. She is a German shepherd, a big dog, when she was in the cage, she couldn’t even straight her back and stand up and barely turn her body around. We kept checking on her abo
