Dogtown is open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, making it the Cincinnati area’s most flexible pet care service! I can’t say enough great things about the love and care the Dogtown grooming and Bobbie in particular show for my two little spice girls. I moved to Northern Kentucky recently and I am still willing to drive through morning traffic so they can see Bobbie every 4 weeks. They look forward to it monthly. That bottom picture doesn’t do the moment justice. My Bean doesn’t love to have her feet clipped. I happened to catch this reassuring hug on the cameras when I was out of state and they we being groomed. Pure love for my two dogs

I took my dog in for an evaluation. It was a waste of time and $25 for the weak evaluation. I felt it was a rip off. I took my dog in and was greeted with pleasant young staff. I was told the evaluation would take up to 4 hours. I left my dog in their care and within 15 minutes they called me to tell me my dog had shown aggression and would have to come back to collect them. They did not give my dog any time what so ever to adjust to their surroundings and get properly grounded. They said they walked my dog around for less that 10 minutes. Which isnt near enough time for any animal to get acquainted and acclimate to their surroundings or the people handeling my dog. My dog was in a very unfamiliar environment and was most likely anxious like any dog would. They put my dog in with another strange dog not even 10 minutes being there and were expecting my dog to be non emotional. On top of that when they brought my dog back as the door opened from the back, the rancid smell from their holding area nearly knocked me over - so bad. I felt sorry for the employees who had to work in those conditions. My dog within the less than 15 minutes in their care absolutely reeked. I had to drive wi

I don’t want to be mean because management was nice enough but this place has the worst smell, it’s like they are blasting a weird perfume through the vents. I’d rather it smell like wet dog. The people who oversee the dogs were on their phones the whole time and didn’t interact with the dogs so I stopped going here. Also my dog got kennel cough that lasted a month but that’s to be expected in dog daycare I guess so I didn’t hold that against them.

Dogtown has truly been a lifesaver for me and my pup, Peppy! He struggles with separation anxiety, so finding a daycare where he feels safe and happy was really important — and Dogtown has exceeded every expectation. He goes almost every day and is still excited to run through the doors, which says everything. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the dogs. Shoutout to Jackson, Bri, Nick, Saint, and the rest of the team (even the ones I only know from the cameras!) who always dote on Peppy and treat him like their own. It means so much knowing he’s surrounded by people who take the time to really get to know his personality. I also love that they offer grooming — it’s so convenient to have it done while he’s already at daycare, and it takes a huge burden off me. So grateful for this place!

My little shih-tuz Miles absolutely loves Dogtown Cincinnati! He’s always happy to go inside and I’ve been taking him there since he was a few months old, he is 3.5 years old now! I love that he is with the other small breeds so I don’t have to worry about him. They also offer grooming services which is very convenient to add on after a day of daycare or a separate day. One of the executive team, Olivia, is a friend of mine and is extremely passionate about animals and is dedicated to both her human and furry clients. We love Dogtown! 🐾❤️
