Dogtopia of Round Rock

We love Dogtopia! This our second dog that we have taken there since they opened in Round Rock. The staff is great, and you can tell they truly care about your pup while they're in their care. I would recommend them to anyone.

Both my grand pups go here. They are always friendly and take great care them. I love watching the web cams, they look like they are having a great time and come home super tired.

We’ve taken our dogs to Dogtopia and both loved it. The place has friendly people & know our pups by name. The establishment is clean & well run plus the added benefit of tuning in to watch our pups play. When they go to Dogtopia they sleep like logs that night.

Honestly would never trust this place again. Communication was extremely inconsistent, and getting clear, direct updates was way harder than it should be. That alone is a huge red flag when you’re leaving your pet in someone else’s care. The experience felt unprofessional and disorganized, and the lack of communication made it hard to feel confident about what was actually happening with the dogs. There’s very little transparency, which is honestly concerning when you’re trusting someone with your pet. It didn’t feel as if there was much true care going on behind the scenes. They wouldn’t even let me tour the inside facility which is an extreme red flag. On top of that, the way they handle situations with customers feels unnecessarily aggressive and uncomfortable. It just doesn’t feel like a place that prioritizes either the animals or the people trusting them. If you actually care about your pet and want peace of mind while you’re away, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are definitely better, and way more professional options out there.

Our pup Ollie had his Meet and Greet and first day this week, and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the environment and professionalism of the staff. The webcams make it easy to check in during the day, and the staff took great care of Ollie while he was in. Ollie was exhausted from all of the play when he got home, and I could tell that he had fun. Looking forward to more daycare visits soon! I highly recommend this location.
