We love Dogtopia. It has been so wonderful for our dog. She can’t get in the door fast enough. She loves it here. The people who work here are so nice and very accommodating. The hours are great too.

The staff here is so friendly and very caring towards my anxiety prone dog. They always go the extra mile and have been able to accommodate last minute changes! 10/10 appreciate you guys so much!!

Terrible communications. I call and call and call and no way to get out of the phone que! Can’t get through to a live person! Left three messages in the queue but never seem to get a call back. Worries me that I can’t find out about the safety of my dog. I appreciate your response, but it is not a matter of a few minutes, it is an hour or so. And it is not a matter of the receptionist helping others or safety focus. It is that your location is massively Understaffed to save a few bucks, and the receptionist is in the back with the dogs for long periods of time. You are unfortunately saving money and cost savings for the sake of having a receptionist up front. Yes dog safety is important, and if i can't call and get someone to pick up, that is not a safe environment for my pet. Also when someone did answer, after an hour of calling, it was in a call center somewhere and she tried to call the location and said she could not get through either. I actually called when I was in the location, and it did not even ring to the front room, so she had the phone on do not disturb, or had the ringer off. Dogtopia Port Chester has been a life-saver and a second home for our dog! The staff is professional and friendly, the facility is bright and clean, and the activities are engaging and fun!
