The staff is so caring and attentive. They always go above and beyond to ensure you have peace of mind your dog is in great hands! After a terrible experience at another dog daycare, it is completely night and day. We could not recommend dogtopia enough!

Our pup, Bessie Coleman, absolutely loves going to Dogtopia! From the moment she walks through the doors, we know she's excited to spend the day there. One of our favorite features is being able to check in on her through the live cameras. Every time we look, she's happily playing with the other dogs or getting attention from the wonderful staff. It's obvious that she's well cared for and genuinely enjoys her time there. The biggest compliment we can give is that she's almost disappointed to come home at the end of the day! Seeing how comfortable, secure, and happy she is in their care gives us complete peace of mind. As dog parents, there's nothing more reassuring than knowing your pup is somewhere she loves to be. Thank you to the entire Dogtopia team for taking such great care of Bessie. We couldn't ask for a better daycare experience!

My dog Dax, had his first day ever at Dogtopia today. From the meet and greet to his first day was a smooth and enjoyable process for both him and I. He was nervous at first, but the staff helped him feel more comfortable. Specifically, while checking in on the webcam, Erik was consistently giving him love and attention and making sure he had a great first day. This resulted in Dax following him around all day as well. Thank you for your kindness and patience with him! He can't wait to go back to see all his friends.

We absolutely love Dogtopia! My dog has been going there since November of last year. Rocky gets SO excited the moment we pull into the parking lot—he can barely wait to get inside. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and you can truly tell they genuinely care about every dog that walks through their doors. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s not just being watched, but cared for and treated like one of their own. Rocky comes home happy, tired, and clearly has the best time every visit. We’re so grateful to have found a place where he feels safe, loved, and excited to go. Highly recommend! 🐾 (A picture of him after day care, lol!!!)

Dogtopia has been an absolute blessing for us. Needing a place my Boxer could play, socialize and burn that extra energy off with a professional staff who care about the dogs over everything, this Dogtopia location fit the bill. We were met with smiles and understanding of our situation as soon as we arrived in, they got our dog tun through a meet and greet and the rest is history. Our boy Atlas looks forward to this every morning, he enjoys his time there as we can see through the live-cams and he comes home absolutely drained. I thank the staff for being open, honest and truly there for the dogs. Atlas has come out of his shell more and shown his personality more and that is thanks to the staff here and their facility. Finally the brass tacks, the pricing of this is phenomenal for the value, $200 a week for the convenience of unlimited 6am to 9pm pickup/ drop off, full 7-days a week coverage and amenities like boarding and bathing (separately charged but fair in price) makes this place a go to must have for Dog owners in Worcester. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart
