I must say dogtopia is a game changer for me and my pup! As someone with an apartment dog and busy work life it’s amazing to have a team I can trust to give my dog a fun enriched environment in the ways I can’t! Worth every penny and more. Huge shoutout to the General manager Diphanie it was a pleasure talking with her and amazing to see who i was entrusting with my pup! I am one happy dog dad. Buddy and I sincerely thank the team at dogtopia!

This place is so amazing!! The staff is so welcoming and they always reassure me (and my overthinking) that my puppy will have the best time and be well taken care of, and he does & is!! It’s great because he gets all his energy out and then comes home calm plus he gets to play with his friends all day :)) love love love!!!

As a nurse, this place was a life saver with its drop off and pick up times! My dog Tala is so excited when she’s greeted by Erica in the morning. The whole crew is personable and welcoming. Tala doesn’t really cling to anyone ever, and she’s absolutely obsessed with Toni-she will lay down to spend extra time with him when I’m trying to take her home. It makes me so happy that this wasn’t just a convenient place, but that she loves it here!

I have a few thoughts on this place, there were some very nice, caring people here… but, there were issues where almost the entire team got replaced due to sanitization issues and an outbreak of kennel cough they made no one aware of, luckily my dog was up to date on shots BUT he still got extremely sick, cold, cough to the point we went three time to ER Vet in the middle of the night and vet visits, put out well over $3500 to get him well. Thank goodness, I could afford it, but not everyone can and that’s where letting pet owners know what occurred is very important to treat their pets in a timely manner. It took two months to get him well, he has never been sick in his entire life and he’s 9. And, they refused to refund my $110…. Seriously?! Anyways, a WONDERFUL new leader took over but when I dropped him off on day they said he had a seizure, he’s never had one in his entire life or since then. My issue is I was in the lobby when this occurred and no one told me until after, I should have immediately been told and brought to my dog to help and comfort him. He needed his mama and I was there in the building when it occurred, I shoulda been brought to him. So after three days the

Since switching my dog to Dogtopia, I’ve seen such a positive change in him. He gets genuinely excited to go, which tells me he’s being well cared for and treated with love. One of my favorite features is being able to watch him on camera interacting with the other dogs—and especially the attendants, since he clearly thinks he’s human! I also really appreciate that the dogs aren’t crated for long periods. The two-hour rest time is perfect and aligns well with how we care for him at home. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly every time we visit. A special shoutout to Brandon for taking such great care of Packer—we truly appreciate it. And the themed events for the dogs are such a fun and thoughtful touch. Overall, Dogtopia has been a wonderful experience for our family!
