My parents left our puppy here overnight for the first time. When I picked her up the next day she REEKED of pee. Her mat also reeked of pee. They asked us to bring something that smells like home and we brought this small mat to be put her kennel. This place had a DOG SPA. The very least they could’ve done is hose her down. They really should’ve given her bath and let me know. No one said anything about her peeing in the crate AT ALL. I noticed when I got her in the car and it radiated of piss. I asked how she did and they said “she did good” that’s it.

Don't bring your dog here if You don't want them getting kennel cough, even if they are vaccinated!!! I brought my dog there a few times to socialize him. Even though he was vaccinated against kennel, cough, there was an obvious outbreak I was aware by email and boom all 3 of my dog started getting it!!! Not only did my dog get it. He brought it home to my other two dogs, and we have been battling this for over a month between the three and it has cost me an enormous amount of money! My dog that went there still has it and is on his second round of antibiotics and cough suppressant on the verge of turning into pneumonia!!! I was at Petfolk urgent care recently, and I was told five other dog parents also brought their pups in for kennel, cough treatment. Obviously, there must've been a dog that was coughing and a Rover ignored it, or it was not taken care of right away?? Now several dogs are sick and costing a lot of us pet parents money for this! I will never take my dog there again... I've already spent over $500 trying to get this crap under control and cured...😡

I’ve sat here reading reviews as someone who take their dog to Dogtopia and the ignorance of some people has me dumbfounded. As someone who has worked in pet care for 5 years; dog daycare and vet med, a lot of negative reviews are cast from people who don’t even know what they’re talking about. Your dog does not need lunch after a year old. Not giving your dogs food in the day =\= starving them unless you yourself are not feeding them breakfast and dinner. Very few dog daycares offer video cameras after hours and if they do it’s a boarding suite you pay 2x the price for. You cannot tour facilities because if a dog got out of the playroom or was being moved and happened to jump on you, scratching you, or god forbid bite you that’s a liability and that put the daycare at risk of being sued. If the dogs see you from the playroom, this can cause a stampede at the door potentially leading to a scuffle and an injured dog. Some daycares do tours but only within certain hours for this reason exactly. Some of y’all are so concerned with just you and your own dog that you forget that there are protocols in place from professionals handed down to locations to prevent injury to pet parents, st

We had a Meet-and-Greet at the Fort Mill location. My dog is extremely nervous about everything, especially new humans. I was surprised at how comfortable he felt (even though still a bit nervous) and I am super encouraged about sending him back for daycare! Thank you for making him feel safe!
