Dogs World

We have a standard poodle puppy who we have had exclusively groomed at Dog's World upon the high recommendation of an acquaintance who also has a poodle. We have been extremely pleased with his grooms and never had a complaint from them regarding his behavior. However, the last time we took him to be groomed, we were called to come pick him up as he was ready. When we arrived, we paid and tipped generously. After we paid they brought him out and the lady was very rude. She told me he was not allowed to come back, that none of the groomers would agree to groom him, that he was a "bad dog" and that she thought he needed to be neutered and medicated. I was shocked and told her I didn't understand. That no one had ever said anything about this before. She said he wouldn't sit still and was like a bucking bronco. It is fine for them to tell me he can't come back, but I felt very caught off guard and felt she was uneducated about the breed and did not appreciate her telling me what to do about my dog. First, our vet told us not to have him neutered until at least 18 months old because he is a large breed. Also, I wish they would have just had me come get him when he began bein

My girls were both bathed, deshedded, and had nail trims. They smelled amazing and had the softest fur afterwards! Very fair pricing, excellent service. We are so pleased with our grooming appointment and will definitely be back. Thanks y’all!

They did an AMAZING JOB. I have never seen my baby boy look so good. They made sure he was comfortable and their prices are reasonable. Groomers are usually scared to groom bigger dogs but they had no issues at all. Levi smells wonderful and has a nice even coat. He has shed since being home

DO NOT take your fur babies here! My Shadow was being groomed here since I came back to Macon in January with no problems. I took him to get groomed this passed Saturday 10/7 and they claimed he didn’t like his nails being done and he was screaming, but they continued to groom him anyways instead of calling me! I picked him up and noticed his eyes have blood in both of them and they claimed it was from the stress of him getting his nails done which is a LIE! He was taken to the vet today, 10/10 and the doctor found abrasions on his eyes where his eye had been cut! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES TO THIS PLACE! And do know they didn’t say anything to me when I picked him up, I had to call them twice once I got home to ask what happened which they obviously lied about. 0/10 do not recommend.
