We shop for our dog in this store only. Nicole and Savannah are always super helpful. Zelda has many allergies and they help me pick out food that will not hurt her and she would like. We are great full for personal curiosity and outstanding professionalism.

Brianna is an outstanding groomer! She is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything. I completely trust her with my Sheepadoodle, who is definitely not the easiest dog to groom. She is always upfront if he gets too matted and needs to be shaved down. It’s obvious Brianna truly cares about the dogs she grooms and takes pride in her work. I appreciate her honesty, expertise, and patience. If she ever left to work somewhere else, I would follow her without hesitation. I highly recommend Brianna to anyone looking for a groomer they can completely trust! 🐾Theo’s mom

I brought my 18 year old Weenie in today to find his last bone before crossing the rainbow bridge. I wish I caught their names but the two women working the front were so incredibly kind. It’s been a doozy of a day and I just needed someone to help. One of them brought me over to the bones with Milo in the shopping cart. She held up multiple bones to his nose and waited for the best reaction and said “This is the one!” I cannot express how happy that made me to see such a compassionate person take their time with my old boy. He very much enjoyed it on the way home. Thank you to both of you, you made our really hard day just a little bit easier.

I have had a Dog Perfect membership ($179) since July 2024, mainly to get the 20% discount on grooming services. Since joining, I have been to all 3 of the Dog Perfect stores for grooming, baths, nail cuts, etc. since joining. The number of people working in the grooming services department have varied and the quality of the grooming services have varied from one person doing a full groom to two people. The ability of Dog Perfect to maintain enough "full groomers" has been a problem, with all 3 admitting to having "problems hiring a groomer" which resulted in scarce availability when I've had to supplement with other grooming places. This was a problem for me, and I contemplated canceling my membership, but I did not. My most recent experience at the Dog Perfect store in The Landings, was bad enough for me to write this review. I scheduled a full groom a month ahead of time with a Dog Perfect package addition ($150 total with the 20% discount) on 11/04/2024. My Golden Retriever and I arrived and I was greeted by a frazzled groomer running back and forth from the Grooming Counter back to where a few dogs were barking loudly. I waited a few minutes for the groomer to take my dog t
