Albuquerque is in New Mexico, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Albuquerque follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We absolutely recommend Dogland’s early start, reward-driven puppy class! We met weekly for six weeks, and Ari and her team were fantastic. Our puppy learned basic commands like sit, down, stay, come, shake, and more, and we even got to spend a day on their obstacle course. One of the biggest benefits was the safe socialization for puppies who aren’t fully vaccinated yet. Our puppy was able to interact with other puppies, meet lots of new people, and build confidence in a controlled environment. They also gave us helpful handouts and exercises to practice at home between classes. It was also clear that Ari and her team genuinely care about the dogs. They were a great resource whenever we had questions or needed help troubleshooting issues outside of class. For example, they helped us find healthier food options for our puppy, which they also sell at pretty reasonable prices. We also enrolled him in their daycare, which has been another great way for him to socialize with dogs of all different sizes and personalities. Overall, it was a great experience and gave us a really strong foundation for training. We would absolutely recommend Ari and her team to anyone with a new puppy!

We did a six week puppy class with Arie. They have an incredible amount of knowledge when it comes to dogs and dog behavior. I felt very supported and listed to. Arie was also awesome about answering any questions I had about anything and everything dog related. So so glad we did puppy class here. I feel like our puppy really got to build up her confidence and she loved playing with all of her puppy besties. There was a good balance of letting the puppies play, working on skills, and letting them settle. We definitely will be back!

Dogland is a wonderful place for positive reinforcement dog training and other really useful services and top notch supplies. Twelve years ago, when Arie was beginning her dog training career, we took our then-puppy schnauzer Oscar to her puppy class, which helped Oscar become the great companion he’s been ever since. Earlier this year when we decided to get a new schnauzer puppy, I hoped Arie was still teaching and found she’d expanded into Dogland! We’ve now finished the 6-week puppy class for puppy Chaco and it helped enormously with his socialization around both dogs and humans, in addition to teaching both of us many positive training strategies and lots of ways to help him live happily in a human world. Arie’s still great and has even expanded her knowledge of what works for puppies! We’ve also taken Chaco to their puppy play group 3 days per week, 4 hours per day, which is well-supervised by the enormously friendly staff and LOVED by all the dogs. Ditto their adult play group, judging by the enthusiasm of dogs dropped off for their time there. Dogland requires proof of fecal tests and vaccinations to keep all the dogs healthy, and they also do pre-screening to make sure the

We did a puppy class for 6 weeks, and it was such a great experience. We learned so many helpful ways to start training our puppy, and having the guidance of Arie each week made it so much easier. Would highly recommend!

Our dog, Milo, has been going to Arie's Dogland since he was a puppy -- shot record required to help keep all the puppies and dogs safe and healthy, which was super reassuring as a new puppy mom. Our vet was the one who originally recommended Dogland for their puppy socialization. Milo has taken the puppy class, tricks class, and scent class at Dogland (Arie and is awesome!!). Milo also gets his grooming at Dogland, and he is a such shiny pretty boi. Milo LOVES everyone at Dogland and they are always so welcoming and sweet with him...they're like his 2nd family. We also get Milo's seasonal pics done there to support their fundraisers for NM animal shelters - an awesome, fun way to be a part of Dogland's big-hearted animal-living culture.
