Norwalk is in Connecticut, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Norwalk follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We can’t recommend Michael enough! Our 9-month-old Bernedoodle, Ranger, absolutely loves going to daycare and boarding with him. The second Ranger knows where he’s going, his tail starts wagging and he gets so excited. Honestly, he never wants to leave when it’s time to come home! Ranger is a completely different dog since he started going to Michael. We noticed a difference after just one day. We were having trouble with jumping, begging for food, and staying in place, and Michael has helped him improve so much. Michael is so knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about every dog he works with. We always know Ranger is safe, happy, and having the best time, which gives us so much peace of mind. Ranger comes home happy, exhausted, and ready for a nap after a day of training, playing, and socializing. It’s the perfect mix of fun and structure. We’re so thankful we found Michael, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with Ranger. If you’re looking for daycare or boarding, we highly recommend him!

We cannot recommend Michael highly enough! He began working with us when we had only had our puppy, Tony, for two days, at just 10 weeks old. From the very beginning, Michael provided invaluable guidance, support, and training that helped set Tony up for success. Thanks to Michael’s expertise, Tony has grown into an incredibly well-behaved dog at home, on the leash, and out in the community. Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable as a dog trainer, and we have learned so much from him throughout the process. His ability to teach both dogs and their owners has made a tremendous difference for our family. In addition to training, Michael also offers boarding services, which we have used and absolutely loved. It gave us tremendous peace of mind to be able to travel knowing Tony was in the hands of someone we completely trust and who genuinely cares about him. We are beyond grateful for everything Michael has done for us and for Tony. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication are unmatched. We look forward to continuing to utilize his various services in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer, dog walker, or boarding provider.

We had an amazing experience with Doggy’s Place. Our dog absolutely loves Michael and looks forward to her stay with them which makes us so happy! While we were on vacation, our dog Gigi injured her paw, and they immediately took her to the vet and kept us informed every step of the way. They cared for her as if she were their own, which meant the world to us. We’re so grateful for their kindness and professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to trust them again. Highly recommend!

I have been working with Mike for over a year now with my pithy. We started our 5 days a week for training with the goal to be working on leash manners and off leash walking. He mad quick progress and showed a fantastic connection with my dog. Over time I have been suggesting Doggy’s place to all my dog friends and they have all been working with Michael as well. I love that he is diligent in sending updates/pictures, handles crisis and emergencies calmly, and has been able to work with my crazy work schedule. If you want someone to help you with your dog, I wouldn’t recommend anyone other that Mike

We had such a wonderful experience with Michael and Zoila - can’t recommend them enough. Waffles, our 12 year old super-mutt felt right at home with them. Michael had great energy with Waffles and I could tell he felt comfort while in their care. Michael and Zoila are a great option for dog sitting or training - highly communicative and very attentive. I also love that they only do 2-3 dogs at a time so your pup gets the attention they need while also not feeling too out of sorts! Can’t thank them enough.
