I wish I could give 0 stars. They cut my one-year-old shorkie under his neck during grooming, and what makes it worse is their own policy clearly states that if a dog is deemed aggressive, they can refuse service. When I picked him up, they told me he was “aggressive”—yet they still chose to continue grooming him, ignoring their own rules. They never told me he was injured. I only discovered something was wrong after noticing a cut near his private area, which led me to check him more closely and find the injury under his neck. To make matters worse, they hesitated to offer a refund and instead said they would only cover the medical bill if I didn’t request one. That’s unacceptable. Please do not take your pets here. I regret not listening to the one negative review—now I understand exactly why it was written.

We rescued a Great Pyrenees that came from a neglectful situation. He’s the sweetest thing, but he’s also 110lbs and scared of literally everything. We had two groomers turn us away because of his size. Stephanie took him on emphatically, and even opened up 2 hrs early to accommodate him and make sure he wasn’t around many other dogs. We got the regular grooming package and added the furminator treatment. He looks very handsome and we will definitely be returning when he’s due for another good washing!

I’ve been taking my Dachshund to Doggyland grooming since he was a puppy. He loves it there despite being a fussy dog. (Not easy to bathe / groom as an adult) He always gets a cute bandanna after his bath. Gabriel is the best! 10/10

I had a terrible experience. If I can give zero stars I would. They left my poor dog all shaved down to the skin, leaving her with open cuts. She even had some bleeding near her eye. His excuse was that she moves too much and the clippers must’ve cut her. Never again. Only reason price is so cheap is because they don’t take their time and expect every dog to cooperate during grooming. My poor pup is anxious to begin with and usually just nervous during groomingg but now she’s definitely going to be even more anxiety for groomers . I was trying to find new groomers since I just moved down to the area. If your doggy is anxious while getting groomed I suggest go else where.
