Yesterday was the second time we have taken our family cat Phoebe who is a long haired cat here to get some of her hair cut and her nails trimmed. They are very efficient and take care of what she needs done without fuss. My cat knew they were helping her out and she hardly gave them any fuss she just pretty much let them do their thing. They are all business and do not make it a long drawn out dramatic thing with her. Which I feel other places do, and that just makes her nervous. So I appreciate the efficiency. They are also affordable so I had to give her a tip because I just really appreciate how fast and efficient they are with cats. I'm sure they are amazing with dogs too. A happy customer came in to pick up his dog while I was there. They also take Phoebes feelings into consideration and talk to her while they are taking care of her. They are just no nonsense, efficient, and know animals. When Phoebe needs a haircut and her nails trimmed in the future I think we will continue to come back here. The first groomers ever that Baylee would allow to cut his nails! They did an awesome job with his bath and he loved the place. Definitely earned us for repeat customers! Would highly recommend everyone to give your pets a try there I promise you will want to return.

Not professional at all My girlfriend was walking down the street when a dog on leash came out of this establishment and bit her without warning. The dog and owner ran away. When asking the owner of this establishment, they said they could not do anything because they do not keep information on walk in’s. This means they have zero vaccination records or any contact information on some clients. And I felt like they didn’t even care that some dog they worked on bit a member of the community outside the store When asking police, this is not illegal, but highly unprofessional. when researching other local grooming, whatever dog or cat is worked on, they require vaccination and contact information.It is evidence from their lack of business practices. They do not care about how their business affects the community.

I have brought my Australian Shepherd here a couple of times over the past year and they do a great job of making him a handsome boy! And best of all, he comes back smelling amazing!

I brought my Husky/Australian Shepherd mix in for the first time and the experience was fantastic. This was her first time at a new groomer so we were both a little nervous but she came back clean, happy, and well-trimmed. All for a VERY reasonable price. I will absolutely be using their services in the future. I 100% recommend this tiny business!
