My dogs are both really hard to groom. They do not sit still they're amazingly strong for being so small and the struggle is a total workout. But she does a really great job and doesn't use harmful techniques to het them to comply. In fact she allows me to stay and watch the whole time.

I called the owner and explained that I have 2 dogs who need to be groomed. This was a few days ago. She interrupted me and started rattling off facts before I could ask if any of her employees did house calls because I'm disabled. I didn't know that she worked alone nor did I ask for anything else. She said that she could come this Friday to my home. I expressed my gratitude, thanking her very much. That evening we exchanged texts of pictures of our dogs and she said that if she didn't teach golf after work in NJ Mon through Thurs she'd have come sooner. I told her it was perfectly fine and that I was so appreciative of her coming to me. Tonight at 6 (it's Wed) she called and TOLD ME she was on her way to my house to do the groom because she couldn't do it "tomorrow." We weren't scheduled for tomorrow. When I reminded her of this, she got gruff, saying that she works 10 hour days and needs to pay her mortgage. I stayed quiet. She got snippy saying that she'd be in touch closer to Mon when she was free next. After that interaction, I don't want her and her negativity in my new home. I was so touched by her original generous offer and now I'm upset because my babies need grooming an

The owner, Bilee, was very sweet, and very kind to my dog, Buddy, who does not like to be groomed! She is the ONLY groomer that he likes, and will behave for!! She took her time with him, and allowed me to help out!!! I highly recommend Bilee, and Doggiestyles Salon!! Bilee is THE BEST!!! 😃

*As you can see from owner response below, rather than call and apologize and explain (which we did wait for) she responded childishly on here, we all have life happening and we aren't without empathy but basic levels of communication is needed in any profession* Was really looking forward to bringing my Frenchie here since we just moved in locally down the street. I called and had a lovely chat with the owner and explained my Frenchie Eggbert loves groomings, loves to be bathed, super friendly(doesn't mind Dremel or blow-dryer he's a diva) and he just needs a nail trim and a good bath cuz he gets stinky due to skin allergies. I explained I currently have a broken ankle and I personally can't do it myself right now. Had a full chat about both our dogs allergies and everything seemed great so we made an appointment. Told her my boyfriend would be bringing him by, we made an appointment for 6/6:15 on Monday and when he showed up with my dog she said she was running behind and could we come back tomorrow at 6pm (no big deal life happens and we are walking distance) He agreed and came home after calling me to confirm. I wasn't sure what to expect, but what an amazing experience. Being there with my dog while they worked on him was great. Such an open and welcoming shop. They even made my 3 year old granddaughter feel secure and welcomed. They have a client for life. Thank you
