I am so glad that I found this place. Karen does an amazing job with my 3 Shih-Tzu mixes. One of them has anxiety and pain issues and she is very patient and doesn’t push him beyond his limits. The place is very clean, the staff are attentive and friendly and your pets are always in plain view.

I’ve been bringing my Maltese here for three years and I LOVE Doggie Details! The women who work here have a true heart for animals and my dog doesn’t get nervous like she did with other groomers. She always comes home looking perfect, never been so much as nicked, plus it’s AFFORDABLE. 1000% recommend!

I brought my dogs in for grooming and had a very uncomfortable experience. When I arrived, the staff did not acknowledge my presence at all, even though I was standing there with my dogs. I then tried to explain a medical condition that one of my dogs has, and the employee did not respond or engage with what I was saying. The lack of communication and basic acknowledgment made the situation awkward and frustrating. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing, especially when discussing a dog’s health and care.
