OH MY GOODNESS THIS IS THE BEST PLACE I'VE EVER GONE with n for my dog/ animal needs. They are extremely friendly, helpful, fun, good prices, clean, friendly pets are so welcomed n its just awesome. My do's first big outing was to there and she got so much love from 3 of the workers. She's not super social but she warmed up quickly to them. I was excited. This place its a definite must in my book. Thanks you 3 for giving Chloé the space n love you did to make her comfortable to visit n get a bath lol. ❤️🥰 Also got her hot socks from a different location they were just as helpful n friendly. Its nice to have a great place to go!!

I called looking for a set of dog earmuffs on July 3. Dillon answered and was able to tell me that they were temporarily sold out of the size that I probably needed. But then he also insisted on making several calls on my behalf to various stores around town until he succeeded in finding two sets in the size that I needed, one each at two different other stores - and he did all of this despite knowing in advance that I very likely wouldn't be buying anything from his own store. He wasn't bothered by that, he just wanted to help. He explained where the other stores were and how I could measure to ensure that the size they had would fit my dogs before driving to get them. Finally, he asked that I be sure to let him know if and when I determined for sure that I didn't need the size that he did have on hand, so that he could allow someone else to buy that set rather than having to turn them away because he was still holding it for me, though I didn't actually need it; he was intent on ensuring that everyone gets what they need. I wish I were that good at my job. Thanks, Dillon.

Dog Supply Outlet on Rainbow always has a great selection of toys and treats. The staff is always very helpful and attentive and their loyalty program is wonderful. I do wish they had a greater variety of leashes and collars.

I absolutely love the array of dog toys and accessories they have here. It’s better than any other store i’ve been to. That being said, I bought an expensive bag of food from here and I’ve just realized it has been infested with beetles this whole time. I wish I had done my research earlier. As soon as I opened it, I saw white specks on the food that I had assumed were harmless. Now I know that those were insect eggs that eventually became larvae and are now full grown beetles. I won’t get food from here anymore. My house is infested 😭😭

I love this store. Their prices are average, they have a rewards program so that definitely brings the cost down. The best part is that they are so nice and helpful. They have a lot of home or store made dog treats, they are high quality and my dogs have never gotten sick from eating these treats. I have bought dog treats at smiths and other places and have had issues before. They also have. 2 big tubs yt bay you can use to give your dog a bath. They provide shampoo, towels, and dryers. All of this is free! They also will cut your dogs nails on sundays and that is also free, most people will tip , and I encourage others to do the same. It really is a great store where people start knowing your name and your dogs name and it’s just a very nice atmosphere and good prices!
