When it comes to my dogs, i won't go anywhere else. The ladies here always deliver and squeeze me in even if they're busy. Highly recommend this place:)

We have been going to the dog spa for several years now. They did a great job with our older German shepherd and we just took our one year old shepherd to her first appointment. I was kind of nervous how she was going to do with her first time but they said it went really well! They are very reasonably priced and I really enjoy all the staff I’ve talked with.

I was charged a 35 fee for an appointment in which I never made. They would not see my animals until I paid 35 dollars. After paying a fee in which I did not deserve they spammed my phone calling 3 times in a 40 minute period to come pick up my two puppies because they were done. They even went as far to call my son who is a police officer. I was working & never in the time I have been taking my pups to this place have I ever been told that as soon as they are done we need to get them picked up asap. It’s a small place so I understand if that may be necessary, but in all of the years I have been coming this was never related or been a concern. Needles to say when I get back to my desk & see 3 missed calls from them & then my son calling I thought something VERY SERIOUS happened to my fur babies. When I called at 3 pm to let them know I was coming as fast as I could they said “yeah, okay” & hung up on me! When I rushed there, I saw a tech sitting on her phone & not one dog in the place. I guess they need out early that day! Although I was never told this. They normally ask if I want to schedule a future appointment, but did not ask! There was not any issue with asking if I wanted to

Took an unhappy matted puppers (not mine) in to be rescued by these fantastic groomers. They were super nice, and I could tell the pup was feeling so much better and happier when they were done. Highly recommend!

Just a few of our pups that come and visit. The bulldog"Bently", the Bassetts "Pauly and Stewart", and the Rhodesian Ridgeback mix " Milo" are our very own fur babies they meet and greet customers from time to time.
