Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

Miami is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Miami follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

They really really really care about the dogs and enjoy them. They take their time to get to know them and their quirkiness. Great facilities and well kept. Loved the place.

She does a great job in taking care of your pets and communicating to you! My dog was with her for over two weeks and he clearly enjoyed his stay.

I am sharing this information because I would like to avoid anyone else having this experience. Do NOT take your dog there for grooming. I am extremely upset, as the groomer completely butchered my dog and hurt her. I always give very clear instructions as to how to groom our golden doodle. She is not a poodle. The instructions were very straightforward, and they completely did not follow directions. That's not the worst part; the dog came back with several red spots where they clearly hurt her (whether they were aggressively de-matting or trying to brush her out, unclear). They did not want to take any accountability and were trying to tell me that she had "irritation" in some areas. Totally unacceptable and quite frankly, unprofessional. The instructions were to give her a teddy bear haircut, which is considered a very standard haircut. My dog is well-maintained and gets groomed every 4- 6 weeks. I was charged $180 and was completely dissatisfied with the service; this whole experience ruined my day.

Words cannot express how upset this makes me. The owner has dealt with the issue but nevertheless this is upsetting beyond measure. Took my Pomsky pups outer fur layer completely off. Incompetence. Among other issues, For boarding, you’re not really allowed inside the facility to tour where the dogs stay. I had to ask multiple times about the size of crates and was never given a real answer. After having issues with our young puppy and accidents in his crate (he does have separation anxiety I will say that) , but nevertheless we then found out that no one is on the premises with the dogs at night. Just cameras. From 7pm when they close to 7/8 in the morning, the dogs are in the crate. I find that to be a ridiculously long amount of time for the dogs to be crated alone. We booked the largest crate possible to try to avoid him having accidents on himself and the bed and it seemed to help. There is also very little flexibility with pick up and drop off resulting in full extra nights paid because they refuse to take dogs on Sunday’s although there are workers present. Same for pickups. I understand there are policies but I feel like we have given thousands of dollars to D.O.G to ha
