Miami is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Miami is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Dog Hotels Brickell and overall it’s been a good experience. Carolina and Maria were especially amazing—super attentive, kind, and clearly love what they do. They made me feel comfortable from the start and took great care of my dog.

I am so happy that Nemito is spending his free time at DOG Hotels in Brickell. When I got him last September, he was wary of other people as well as other dogs. Now, he gets so excited when I ask him if he wants to go to daycare. Catalina’s smile says it all when she describes how Nemito was making positive changes. She explained how he was timid and kept to himself when he first spent time there but now he’s changed a lot for the better. He’s now comfortable being around other doggies and that makes such a big difference in his overall demeanor. The joy I can sense from the other employees, like José, Shay and Sophia, make me so grateful for the love and care they provide Nemito and the other dogs. I am so thankful for all they do and the love and support they give to these beautiful animals. Thank you!

Highly recommend DOG Hotels Brickell! We left our girl Cali here for boarding and she had a fantastic time! From the moment we dropped her off, the staff was super friendly, professional, and clearly cares about every dog like their own. Cali came home happy, well-exercised, and relaxed. Which makes us so relieved as pet parents. The facility is clean, modern, and has such a great vibe. We loved the updates and peace of mind knowing she was in excellent hands in the heart of Brickell. Whether you’re local or traveling, this is the perfect home away from home for your pup. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, DOG Hotels Brickell team . You made it easy to trust you with our baby. 🐾

I can’t say enough great things about the DOG Hotel locations in Brickell! Whenever a last-minute trip comes up or an unexpected emergency happens, they are always so accommodating, welcoming, and ready to help. The staff truly cares about every dog that walks through their doors and treats them like family. They make our fur babies feel right at home, and as pet parents, that peace of mind is priceless. The love, attention, and care they provide are unmatched. There is absolutely nowhere else I would rather leave my pet. It truly feels like a second home for them, and I know they’re in the best hands every time. Highly recommend!
