Dog Day Getaway

DDG is amazing. They have taken care of my dog and I so well. I was diagnosed with cancer and they have gone out of their way to be helpful. It has been a journey, but I never had to worry about Elora. I am so thankful for the staff everyday.

I do absolutely love this place and my furry girl does as well she cry’s when we leave because she wants to play with her friends. Had an issue with th least boarding however when I mentioned my concern the manager Chad called me right away and is addressing. Very on top of things at DDG, staff are always so friendly and well Most of all my fur baby loves it

Great self service pet wash. Took my dog in for the first time and staff were very kind and helpful. Provided everything you would need for bathing dogs of all sizes. I would just say to make sure that your dog is good around other animals as it is a shared space.

We have been bringing our 14 year old chocolate lab, Sandy, to DDG since she was a puppy. She loves it there and gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff knows the individual dogs and greet them when they come in. Scheduling and communicating with the staff is easy. We enjoy looking for Sandy on the webcams, too. They're very accomodating whether it's needing to add an extra day to boarding, giving medication, extra attention/treats, etc.

Our golden retriever Winnie lost her best friend and play buddy, we bring her here to socialize and get some energy out! What stands out the most to me is the staff- they’re incredible. They all very clearly adore dogs, and our Winnie is met with SO much love every time she walks in the door!! We’ve had several great boarding experiences here as well. Highly recommend. Very customizable stays if you want your dog to have extra attention/love!
