Dog City Pet Loft

I seriously can’t say enough good things about this place, especially Bella! We had a mix-up with our reservation and I was so stressed because we needed somewhere for our pup to stay overnight. Bella was incredibly kind, understanding, and went out of her way to get everything figured out for us. She made the whole process so easy and turned what could’ve been a really frustrating situation into such a positive experience. Our boy had the best time! He got to make some new friends and every staff member we interacted with was so sweet. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs, which gave us so much peace of mind. Thank you so much, Bella, for taking such great care of us and our baby. We’ll definitely be back for daycare soon!

Heather at Dog City is truly exceptional at what she does. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear she genuinely cares - not just about the dogs, but about making the entire experience seamless and stress-free for owners as well. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth really set her apart. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it shows in how happy, well-cared-for the dogs are. If you’re looking for a place you can fully trust with your dog, Heather and the team at Dog City are the best there is.

Excellent boarding and daycare! Their live camera feature and daily report cards are great. The only thing that we missed this time was the room service pic/update. We really liked that the previous time. Other than that we were really happy with DogCity. Thanks for the constant care for Bianca Sofía! 🫶🏻

If you’re a Dallas dog parent, you know how hard it is to find a daycare you can actually trust—and Dog City nailed it. Remington had an absolute blast and came home happy, tired, and in great condition. They were so flexible with drop-off and pick-up when my jury duty ran long (lifesaver), and the downtown Dallas location makes it ridiculously convenient. The live cams were a huge plus—I checked in and it definitely looked like Remington was living her best dog life. The cherry on top? The cutest photo for my fridge AND a report card with even more pics to prove she had a barking good time. Dog City feels like one of those places you gatekeep… but I won’t. Highly recommend 🐾💗

The whole experience was so great the whole team was fantastic and understanding and Ms.Heather was wonderful. She did a fantastic job grooming and giving my baby a haircut, and for this to be his first time and for both of us to be so nervous she handled it so well and was so great at reassuring me he’d be okay. He was most definitely in good hands and will definitely be back!
