⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at DIY Pet Wash! I brought my dog Lou (red golden retriever) in for a shower and everything was great. Sherry, the owner, greeted us right away and the environment felt very welcoming and fun. The staff was very kind, and Sailas was especially amazing, he made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to help. We’ll definitely be back!

Took my 2+standard poodles here for a do it yourself-pet wash. The facility was above and beyond any I have used as I travel in an RV and have frequent need of this service. The attention to detail and amenities provided were superb. The owner was also a groomer and was able to do ear cleaning and nail trimming for an extra charge as she was not grooming other pets. I will return whenever I am the area again. I cannot recommend this business enough!

⭐☆☆☆☆ I do not recommend this grooming business. I took my 7-month-old Cavapoo, Louie, in for a grooming appointment, and the experience was traumatizing, for him and for us. When we picked him up, he had cuts near his private area and close to his eye. One of his ears was left full of hair, while the groomer said she didn’t even touch the other one because he screamed too much. That should’ve been a major red flag. When we got home, Louie was completely off he was walking strangely, leaning to one side, shaking his head every few seconds, and constantly licking his paws. The next day, we took him to the vet and found out he had a severe ear infection. He was clearly in pain and uncomfortable from the moment we brought him back from the groomer. To make matters worse, when my mom dropped him off, the groomer who is also the owner was cold and standoffish with Louie. There was no warmth or care shown toward him, which should’ve been a warning. This was not just a bad haircut—it was a stressful and harmful experience for a young puppy. Please think twice before trusting your pet here.

Excellent DIY pet grooming place! The staff are wonderful and so friendly, overheard them greeting each dog by name as they came in. Their pet washing stations are set up very well, and provide all the tools and shampoos necessary. You can come in with or without an appointment, and they have a lovely pet gift shop with all kinds of fun things for your pets- including some treats on the way out. Very pleased with our experience there and plan to go back regularly!! Highly recommend!
