Littleton is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. I use my credit card used for two minutes and was charged $10 on my credit card unable to contact anybody so only use coin or tokens. I hit stop. It’s a two dollar mark and was charged $10 trying to find out how to get my money back.

Vacuum turned on but had no suction. Called the posted phone number, and they offered to send my dollar back to a mailing address. I just wanted a working vacuum. Also, don’t bring large bills. The machine gives car wash tokens, not coins.

Up until this point in my entire life, when I use cash or swipe a card at a car wash, theres a TIMER that start counting DOWN. This one confused the hell out of me because there was just money counting upwards. I thought once the 3 dollar minimum was reached I could start using the machine. But it didn't make any noise or do anything. Timer just kept going up. My bad, now I know if I see this again. In my defense that is NOT how the instructions make it seem at all. (See pictures) But before I realized that I could have been using it the whole time I called the phone number that is posted twice. And the crusty sounding dude who answered, immediately had an attitude. Like I had insulted his mother. Which to a degree I understand, the customers are idiots. But they are still your customers, and you intentionally left these vague instructions so clowns like me run up a tab. UPDATE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS. 2 stars for the major attitude I got from Crusto the Car Wash Clown. For the positives, its in a relatively secluded area, there werent a ton of people which I love, and its self serve.

I liked this place because it's simple and convenient and perfect for washing my bike after I go riding. However, this last visit I was overcharged. It says credit cards have a minimum charge of $3. I only used about a 1.75, I stopped the water and I pressed and held the button on the card reader multiple times to stop charging my card. However, I was still charged $10. I've not been able to find a number to call to complain about this. I likely have to stop back by and see if there's any listed there. However only coins in the future for me 😔
