In Loveland, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Colorado, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Loveland is in Colorado, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. Reception was super nice, but no one was knowledgeable on my arthritic CH cat. CH is a fairly common condition in cats, one that when I made the appointment over a month ago mentioned in a very detailed appointment note, along with that she is a senior. At check in, they confirmed what I wanted, and got the groomer to come out to see her coat - the groomer did not acknowledge us whatsoever and instead acted as if we were invisible and spoke to the receptionist as if we were not there. "what do they want? they want this? " instead of talking to us at all. She did not say hello, or goodbye. My cat has been groomed before, and she was their favorite. I come from a background in grooming, and currently work in veterinary care. I know how my cat is in stressful environments - she gets a monthly injection at my clinic. She does not bite, hiss, or swat unless she is in pain. I detailed that her hips were her sorest place, and were very arthritic. I mentioned that multiple times at check in, to which they only made a note after the 5th or 6th time of me mentioning it. The worst feeling wasn't being ignored by the groomer who I am meant to trust with my baby, but that they never asked for

The owner Danielle groomed our cat who was perfectly healthy and walking normally prior to his appointment. When we let our cat out of his carrier he could not walk. We took him to the emergency vet and were told his injury appears to be from mishandling during grooming. She was informed of what happened and totally gas lighted us, rather than showing any form of concern or accountability. Asked to meet up to go over what may have happened and she isn’t available until the 14th! While talking to her on the phone she even laughed at me during our conversation and continued to talk over me. Something this serious deserves understanding and concern. I don’t recommend anyone go to this groomer. She is extremely unprofessional and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else due to her carelessness. There are also no cameras in her salon. I recommend that you stay present during the grooming session to ensure your pet is well taken care of.

I’m very confused by this place and how they have 5 star reviews. I keep trying to get my low maintenance kitty in.. (we’ve been in before). I’m not getting responses for days at a time and then when they do respond it’s at 10pm??.. I respond next morning.. and then nothing for days.. again.. I’m a biz owner so I get being busy.. but this is the worst customer service ever and you guys are hurting your biz. I like the girls when I do go in, but I’m going elsewhere soley due to lack of communication. I do not recommend if you are looking for reliability.

I took my 6 year old shorthair cat here for his first groom ever (bath & brush) because he was such a ~smellllllly cat~ and needing some help with shedding. He was a little peeved at me after but smells so much better & is sooo soft! Thank you, Divine Feline! We’ll be back!

I had a great experience with Divine Feline. My long haired cat has a difficult time keeping up with her grooming and I have tried myself but I have never had success. Her coat just grows in too thick! The groomer is obviously very good at what she does and I am relieved to not have to sedate my kitty in order to have her trimmed/groomed. Well worth the money and as I told them, I would be willing to pay more! Thank you for taking great care of Khaleesi. 👍
