In Boise, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Idaho, and how long your pet will stay. Dirty Paws, long matted hair, and 2 dogs who were long overdue for grooming is one of the things we saw when we came from out of town to visit my elder mother. A quick call to the first groomer we could get into just happened to be Dirty Paws. The groomer was amazing with the dogs especially one of them who needed a lot of work and wasn't tolerating thing well. The final result was the tear filled eyes of my very greatful mother who loves these dogs but at 99 years old was not able to keep up on there grooming. Dirty Paws gave us the name of a reputable mobile unit and was beyond helpful with no judgment for not getting the dogs in sooner. We will skip the mobile unit and stay with Dirty Paws. They are also a self dog washing place. Thank you so much 💓

This is the best full grooming service our terrier has had. The groomer listened to our requests and kept his hair and face perfectly trimmed without cutting off too much or too little. The price for a full grooming is hard to beat—the best in town. It was easy to make the appointment and my dog grooming was completed in time. I would definitely recommend Dirty Paws in Boise for all of those dog owners who want an excellent grooming for a reasonable price!

I use Dirty Paws to personally wash my dogs. Their staff is always very friendly, including the groomers, and you can tell they really care for animals. The tubs have plenty of room, and a spray hose that is easy to use. They have free shampoo, brushes, ear cleaner, eye cleaner, clean towels, and hair dryers, which are all included with a very reasonable cleaning fee. This is the best dog washing facility in Boise!
