I took my 6 month old Cavachons to Dirty Paws for their first grooming. I was nervous because they'd never even had a collar around their neck and are a bit unruly (aka spoiled). The groomer told me that they might not be able to give them a full "summer" clip since it was their first time and they would take things slow. Well, they ended up getting great summer hairdos and I will continue to bring them here for their grooming needs.

I used them for the first time. They were gentle with my dog, friendly with me and just look how adorable Piper is!

I am new to the area and have been looking for a new groomer for my small nervous dog. So happy with the service I got from dirty paws today. They did a great job working with my pup. The haircut is exactly what I asked for and perfect. When I picked my pup up, I could tell that my pup was more relaxed then when I left and that she was treated well. She was patiently waiting for me in her kennel. The kennels are very spacious and have a lot of bedding. They look very comfortable. It was also a very fast turnaround time. She was done within 2 hours. I will be bringing my dog here again for all future grooming

We are visiting our daughter and our Standard Poodle Lucy was in need of a groom and couldn’t wait for her appointment in two weeks, so my daughter got her in to her groomer at Dirty Paws. Beautiful groom, pleasant shoppe, no cages, and she was done in an hour and a half 🙌 Thank you for your willingness to take her and give Lucy, such a wonderful groom for this hot weather!

I really wanted to have more than an average experience. We took 2 dogs in for a bath only. The owner was very accommodating & let me stay with my dogs as one of them has a cardiac issue that causes him to go into a lethal heart rhythm if his heart rate gets too high. If he’s stressed- and he would be without me-he has serious potential to raise his heart rate. This particular dog was washed by someone other than the owner. He’s 120 lbs and has to be lifted into the tub. Their ramps are very steep and slick, there’s no dri-deck or such on them, just metal. The lady picked him up mid shaft of his front legs which was not acceptable. She also failed to recognize he was choking with the choke leash until I said something & the owner remedied it. The other dog was washed by the owner and there were distinct steps missed by the lady doing my cardiac dog. Then when we loaded the dogs it was obvious how wet he was and as a result of being wet and not properly dried he STUNK so bad for days. The other dog who was properly dried did not smell at all. So I paid for one dog to smell worse than he did before his bath. ☹️ ** Responding to the owner: I’m not sure what difference it makes that
