We have been fans of The Dirty Paw for over 4 years now. My dogs love Ms Gladys and seeing her is the highlight of their day! I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for our babies.

I just adopted a dog from the Humane Society. He was knotted all over. They had to shave him down to his skin. I forget the name of the lady that cut him, but it was such a nice job and I know she had to have a lot of patience to do that and Marley was very happy when I got back so I know it all went well and I appreciate the hard work. Also, the price was so good and they cut his nails too, and cleaned out his ears he came out wonderful. I had to write a review to see how good it was and I will definitely be back. Thank you. I should have listened to the negative reviews complaining of poor service. I called in to schedule a cut and wash for my dog, and when I arrived at my appointment time the front desk associate told me they couldn’t do the grooming since I didn’t ask for a cut over the phone. I am positive I did request the cut, and it was very frustrating to be accused of not asking for a service I know I asked for. Do not confuse your lack of ability to understand simple requests with my ability to communicate. The shop seemed unclean and poorly managed, and my dog seemed very on edge when she’s usually very relaxed. I’d stay very clear of this establishment until management comes to correct the poor behavior and performance of the desk associate and groomer. P.S the desk associate should be someone who can communicate and understand communication very clearly, unfortunately that is not the case at the current moment. Edit:other reviews highlight poor animal treatment and injury post service at this location, I am not alleging this, but simply stating that other reviewers noted this. I’d be very cautious with this establishment.

Professional and kind. Very helpful with my 7 month old GP boxer lab mix. (Love mutt). Hank was not a fan of nail trimmings. They took good care of him and I could tell he was already forming a good relationship with them. We are working together to make nail trimmings a treat instead of a stressor. I appreciate the help! ❤️. Great work! Thank you!

Gladys groomed my bernedoodle puppy. This was our first visit with her. I left the previous groomer because she was a doodle shamer. Gladys was so pleasant, relaxed, and loving with my dog. She did an excellent job with his cut,too. Gladys had him ready to pick up in about 3 hours. The place is clean and spacious. I will be going back !
