Dingo's Natural Pet Food, Self-Wash & Grooming

My sister took her Pomeranian puppy to Dingo’s Grooming and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience with groomer Kayla/Kaylee. The groomer completely cut off his coat, Pomeranians have a very specific type of double coat, and we were extremely concerned that his coat was cut far too short while he is still a puppy and had not finished shedding his puppy coat. This was never something we would have agreed to if we had been properly informed beforehand. Even more concerning was how he was treated during the grooming appointment. Since the visit, he has experienced significant anxiety that he did not have before. Seeing a normally happy puppy become fearful and anxious after a grooming experience is heartbreaking. We understand that grooming can be stressful for some dogs, but there is a difference between a dog being nervous about grooming and a dog coming home noticeably affected by the experience. We trusted this groomer with our puppy, and that trust was unfortunately broken. I strongly encourage anyone with a Pomeranian, especially a young puppy, to thoroughly research the groomer’s experience with the breed and clearly communicate what you do and do not want done to th

I love this place! My dog is so in love! We have been coming here since he was a pup and have always been treated greatly. Thank you for being great to the dog owners and even more to the pups! Not only are there groomers, there’s self wash, treats, homemade treats, apparel and more!!! I love this place.

Wilbur and Patches look so good!!! Very happy with their groomer and the entire staff. They are are caring and friendly. Can't say the 2 guys are excited to be groomed, lol, but I know they will be treated right.

These folks are always great! Special needs just fine but care. And everybody is always so friendly when we come in. Even My Mini dachshund likes to freeze up walking into the store they greet him with so much love which helps! Great grooming setvices, my papillion loves them when he comes out he’s so happy and spunky! It’s like he just finished play time with his cousins❤️😂😂 doesn’t want to leave. He's looking to stay and play. We always do nail trimming service also and they do great on that - our weenie is super shy and his tail wags when he comes in for nail trims. We always do the grinding method and they are always great. They do have some turnover within the store - which is to be understood, but I do believe they as in the store has taken care in selecting great people. Thanks Dingo’s for the Fall photo screen that was available also today! And we couldn’t leave the store without Christmas sweaters. They’re really hard to find for our l lil weenie without sleeves, so our little guy could wear them without tripping!🐕🐾

Was in need of a good grooming for my visiting mother's pet from out of town and we decided to check this establishment instead of Petsmart like she normally does when at home. Well, it was a pleasant surprise from the moment we walked in, the service and the grooming scheduling and the ending result was way better than expectations. It became an instant favorite hands down! Thank you so much to Amber for a superb job well done and the attention to detail 👏 Well deserved 5 stars 🌟 definitely recommend 👌
