Diamond Dogs Grooming Salon

Horrible experience. I made a 2:00 PM appointment over the phone for my 1 pound Yorkie puppy’s first groom. I explained he wasn’t fully vaccinated, and I was told he would be kept separate from other dogs and that extra precautions would be taken. When I arrived, there were big dogs running around, barking, and kennels full of other dogs. The complete opposite of what I was told. I was told the appointment would take 2–3 hours because they wanted to introduce him slowly. At 4:30 PM, I got a call saying they hadn’t even started because he was too scared of the clippers and were “just now” going to start his mini groom. So my puppy spent over 2½ hours sitting in a kennel instead of being groomed at the appointment time I made. if you force a puppy into a kennel with big dogs barking at him and loud noises, you think he will let you near him with clippers after all that? When I picked him up at 5:00 PM, he was terrified. His ears were pinned back and he was shaking until I got home. I’ve never seen a dog that scared nor a dogs ears stay back for that long. No one warned me he would be sitting in a kennel for hours, so I wasn’t able to feed him, give him water, or let him go potty be

Antoinette did a great job with my pom! He looks neat, pretty and happy after his grooming! Would recommend and go there again!

I love working with Holly! She takes such good care of Cooper and he always looks so cute when I pick him up! Holly is so kind and caring and I like to catch up with her every time I see her!

Hollywood is very friendly and made my shis tzu comfortable before I left. My pup was there for 1 1/2 hours. He was calm when I picked him up. The price was about normal what I would pay at home, reasonable for Naples. The one thing I noticed he did not have a nice scent on his coat when I picked him up.

Yesterday, my dog had a seizure in the middle of a grooming appointment. He is a senior dog and sometimes has seizures. Jessica quickly ran him to the nearest vet and called me. She stayed with us until she heard exactly what the vet had to say. Her quick thinking potentially saved my dog. Not only does she do an excellent job with Grooming, she genuinely cares about your dogs and cats. I tried to walk over and pay her for the work that she had done already on my dog, which was at least half of the Grooming, but she would not take any money. I cannot say enough good things about Jessica or this grooming salon. They do not have tons of dogs in there at one time, many times, as in this case with my dog, he was the only one in the Grooming salon that day. She will continue to be my Groomer for my younger dog because I know no matter what my dog is in good care when he is with Jessica.
