Desired Styles Pet Grooming

I’ve been taking my two Pomeranians here for the past three years, and I’ve been consistently happy with the service every single time. Melissa has been grooming my pups, and she is truly the best. If you have a Pomeranian and are looking for someone who has mastered the teddy bear cut, Melissa is the groomer you want. No one has ever made my Poms look as adorable as she does. She always takes her time, pays attention to the details, and they come home looking absolutely perfect. The best part is that my dogs are always so excited to see her, which gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re comfortable and well cared for. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Groomer with no manners! Anal Gland Expression Walk-in Upon walking I was greeting very nicely by a woman giving another dog a cut and was asked what I needed and I was told that another groomer would be with me in a minute. When the other groomer, with pink hair, came she didn't say hi to me. Didn't ask what I needed. Didn't ask what my dog's name was. She just said I can take your dog and then took the leash and walked away. She was gone for about 5 minutes. Return the dog. No communication at all. Didn't tell me what the result were or how my dog was, nothing. She went to the square register and said you can pay here and then walk to the back. Didn't say bye or have a great day or anything. The groomer that did greet me at the very beginning when I was done paying said thank you. Have a great day. So that groomer was nice but the groomer that worked with my dog had no manners and was disrespectful. I would like to go back, but I do not want that groomer again.

I’ve taken my dog to multiple groomers and this is my favorite by far! The stylists were all very kind and professional and the groom was exactly what I had in mind! One star docked because there is no was to connect to the staff by phone, the line is to an AI “assistant”, very unhelpful, improper grammar. I left multiple voicemails and had to go in person prior to my appointment as I had questions it could not answer and the staff was not notified of my messages. Please get rid of this feature, your clients want to connect with your lovely staff!

I’ve been taking my precious dog here for over a year! She’s very skeptical about who cuts her hair but I’ve never had any problems. I love this place. She always comes back looking super clean and pretty & they always put cute bows in her ears! Recommend 100%.

My puppy had his first grooming and the service was outstanding. Harmony listened to exactly what I wanted and gave him the cutest mini mullet and handled him with so much care. She truly went above and beyond! I’ve been bringing my other dog here for grooming as well, and they never disappoint, highly recommend!
