West Jordan is in Utah, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. Traffic in West Jordan peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Amanda and Melissa are amazing. Dela’s has EXCELLENT products and selection, amazing service and they love our dogs. I think they are easily our dogs favorite people besides us. If you get a chance to get to one of their many activities ( pancake breakfasts, craft nights, outdoor get togethers, and photo shoots I highly recommend you do. 15/10 service. WE LOVE DELA’S DOGGY DESSERTS.

We ordered a bone cake for my son’s pup for his first birthday party. She took the order and wrote down we wanted a bone shape cake. They advised us to pick up the morning of the party so we did. When my son got there after a hour drive, they had done a heart shape which no matter what she said is clearly smaller than the bone cake in many other review pictures. There was no apology just a “well you can come back in a few hours if you want the bone shape”. Well of course we wanted a bone shape, that’s what we ordered. And no we aren't driving an hour back n forth again for your mess up on the day of the party. No discount for their screw up, no let me throw in a few cupcakes for our mess up. No discount for making a smaller cake than ordered. Nothing. So if you want a basic cake then go with this company. But if you want something special find somewhere else that will pay attention to order directions and actually make a cake you love! Completely unprofessional!!!

We order from them all the time and love it every single time. We’ve done our own research and they are super healthy, beautiful, and very tasty treats and desserts for our pups. We will be getting our dessert from here every year 🤍

We and our dogs love Dela’s! We have a sensitive tummy girl and we are always put at ease knowing that Dela’s cakes are the best without the mess!! Thank you for making our dogs day so wonderful.

My custom order cake was PERFECT (the party hats were a great touch too). I ordered online and they nailed the colors and theme I chose. The woman who was there was super friendly and charming-I wish I would have clarified if she was the owner or not but she was a delight. I also wish I had more time to look around when I picked up my order, because every corner was filled with charm and really intentional merchandising. Just full of unique products that you couldn't find on Amazon or a big retailer, which is so nice in times when everything is online and has that "mass manufactured" personality. If you are looking for a cake or treats/products/gifts for your dog (or someone else's), I highly recommend you hop in the car and pay this store a visit. I will definitely be going back for more purchases and supporting this local gem!
