I rarely write reviews, but this business truly deserves one. The customer service is exceptional, and every staff member treats customers with kindness and respect. The store is spotless, well-stocked, and offers everything a pet owner could need. You can tell that the team is passionate about animals and committed to providing the highest level of service. I always leave happy with my purchases and look forward to my next visit. Five stars without hesitation!

Very Happy with my yorkies haircuts. Staff is very helpful with meeting your expectations of style you want. They explain different styles of cuts. I was extremely impressed with time management! My 2 Yorkies were not there for long. Very clean environment.

Today was our first grooming visit to DeeOGee. Simon (21 lb cat) got a bath and a de-shedding. Early this morning on the way there, he meowed constantly. Just got home now and not one peep from him on the way home. Simon KNOWS he’s looking good and he certainly looks much better following the de-shedding. I cannot recommend highly enough the wonderful groomer who took care of him today. Her name is Leigh and her speciality is cats. What a marvelous job she did! FIVE STARS!

So impressed! I took my sweet 3yr golden retriever here for a full groom (silhouette cut), deshedding, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing. She looks fabulous and was ready for pickup a quick two hours later! I would recommend this place to anyone! 10/10!! Price point was also great for the quality of service and how pleased I am with the results! (:

We just moved to College Grove and was in search for a new groomer for my miniature long hair dachshund Ruby, who is very high maintenance and clingy. This was the best experience she has ever had at a Groomer. Kendall did exactly what I asked with her trim and grooming. She had the cutest little bow in her ear and was happy as can be when I picked her up. Prices are very reasonable, and the boutique has so many cute things, natural treats, and local goodies. So glad we found this place!
