We've been loyal customers at Dawgs N Whiskers for nearly a decade, bringing our toy Yorkie in regularly and always leaving happy. That makes our most recent visit all the more heartbreaking. The groom was shockingly bad — uncut lines, an uneven coat, trimmer lines, and patches of random lengths all over. Worst is they did not do his ears. There's no polite way to put it: it looked like a child cut his hair. For a Yorkie, where coat precision is everything, this level of work is simply inexcusable. To make matters worse, this was his spring cut. That means we can't just go somewhere else and fix it — we have to wait for it to grow out. In the meantime, we had a family gathering where we brought him along, as we always do, and it was genuinely embarrassing. Our dog looked neglected, I was asked if I did it myself, which couldn't be further from the truth. We paid over $100 with tip for results I honestly believe I could have matched with zero experience. After ten years of trust, we won't be coming back. I hope whatever has changed there gets addressed — for the sake of the other pets and the longtime clients who deserve better.

I am beyond disappointed in the grooming department here and will never come back. My Pomeranian has been getting groomed here for a few years and after yesterday, that won’t be happening anymore. My dog had a grooming appointment yesterday and I asked for an OUTLINE TRIM and to trim his chest shorter, like usual. When I dropped him off for his appointment, a staff member double checked the notes with me and everything was correct. Imagine my surprise when they text me to let me know he was done getting groomed and ready for pick up and that my groomer had done a FULL GROOM and not just an outline trim! A full groom meant that they used the clippers to shave him. He wasn’t shaved completely but his fur was MUCH shorter than what I had asked for AND I did not want them to use the clippers on him! When I arrived to pick him up, I was not happy and the groomer gave me a few excuses as to what happened: 1) She got new glasses and couldn’t see well out of these new glasses. I’m disturbed that she continued to groom my dog when she couldn’t see well with her glasses. I would much rather she rescheduled our appointment than had her do what she did! We have a vet appointment on Monday an
