UPDATE: Continued Unprofessional Customer Service at Dallas Pet Den Unfortunately, my experience with Dallas Pet Den has continued to go downhill. After my experience on August 20, I called today to request a refund for the remaining daycare services since, based on everything that has happened, I will not be returning with my dogs. I also wanted to address the comments that were placed in their system regarding me as a customer and discuss how I was treated during my previous visit. Instead of having a professional conversation or attempting to resolve the situation, Lori, the manager, hung up on me. I have to say, I was shocked. Mistakes happen. Customer service issues happen. What matters is how a business handles them. Where I work, we believe in doing the right thing, and if we fail a customer, we own it, apologize, and ask what we can do to make things right. Unfortunately, that has been the complete opposite of my experience with Dallas Pet Den. At this point, my concern goes beyond the poor customer service I experienced. Our pup has been going to daycare 3 days a week and loves every second of it! The staff truly care about him and love on him as if he were their own. We are grateful for the kind and caring team. He also has been groomed by Danny & he’s amazing! He boards there when we travel and is worn out like he’s been on vacation! We love DDD!!

Aubrey is hands down the best groomer we’ve ever had. She is incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and truly takes her time with both Cooper and Winston. She never rushes the process and is always patient and attentive when we go over their cuts, making sure everything is exactly how I want it. Her level of care, skill, and communication is unmatched. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and takes real pride in her craft. The attention to detail and professionalism she brings every appointment is the reason we continue to come back. We are so grateful to have found her — I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dogs.

My puppy always comes here and loves it! Aubrey was wonderful, texted me photos of my baby and made sure that he looked exactly like I wanted. Highly recommend!

Besides me, the most important is that my dog, Sophia loves this daycare!! It feels like she is part of a family there and starts to whine before we even pull up to hurry and get there. She gets so excited to hurry and get out of the car to go play and everyone. That alone tells me how much she loves it. With my new baby, Stella Jane who is 5 months old, i knew she was in great hands for her 1st grooming appointment / meet and greet for play time. They even sent me pictures to put me ease to know she is having a blast for her first introduction to playtime. I enjoy going up there myself to drop and pickup my fur babies to just chit chat a bit with everyone. It is a great doggie daycare and grooming, all the way around. I highly recommend this place :)
