I have always had an excellent experience at the CVS Pharmacy located at 39th & Noland Road in Independence, Mo.

The pharmacy staff are always helpful. They always work as quickly as they can to provide quality service to all of their customers.

The minute clinic nurse was rude and unhelpful. Seems like most people working here do have an attitude. Prices way to high. Unfortunately this is the one I have to go to because it's closer to my home.

The Minute Clinic care is quite good. The nurse practitioners know their stuff. But calling it "Minute Clinic" is misleading. My visit took about 45 minutes, due to the staff members going on and on in chatty conversations that, while pleasant, had nothing to do with my needs or care. Even worse was the 65-70 minutes of waiting for the prescription to be fulfilled. The pharmacy should prioritize prescriptions for those who are waiting in the store. I wasn't the only Minute Clinic patient who was kept waiting for such a long time, either. One goes to an urgent care clinic because one is unwell - it's not good for either the patient or for everyone else in the store for them to have to linger so long.

I have tried to use the CVS Pharmacy several times in the last 8 months. On each occasion there was a problem with obtaining my prescription. There is disorganization and improper understanding of what was ordered. Two of my prescriptions were never filled. Today I spent an hour trying to get what was ordered and was quoted three different prices.
