I love CVS but this store has certainly gone downhill. On an average day, there's a total of four people on staff...that's the store and pharmacy.

I just use the drive in to pick up my prescriptions. I've never had a long wait, and the staff person is always friendly.

It's easy to blame someone else when things don't go our way, and I'm guilty of being rude to the staff at CVS on State Street. As a fly on the wall, I'd never want their (pharmacist) job's. Very busy and understaffed. However they've never been rude to me. The whole staff is awesome and very respectful. I give 5 🌟's
