Cuddly Critters

I took my senior Shih Tzu dog to Cuddly Critters, and while I understand that older dogs can be more difficult to handle, the service was not completed (only the body was trimmed, not the face). Despite this, I was charged the full prize plus an additional fee for her behavior, which was never explained beforehand. Additionally, the way the situation was communicated to me felt very unprofessional. I recommend better communication regarding extra charges and service limitations, especially for senior or anxious pets. I would not recommend for senior or anxious dogs. I will not be returning.

They are honestly the best groomers all around hands down. From the attention to detail to the way they truly care about your pup. My frenchie has been seeing them since she was a baby and they have also met her pups. I don’t know what I would do without them. No other place compares.

I took my Pomeranian to Cuddly critters , and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The groomer did an amazing job—his coat is soft, fluffy, and perfectly trimmed. He looks absolutely adorable and smells fantastic! Definitely our go-to grooming spot from now on. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to thank you for an excellent service with Layla it was her first time that someone be able to grooming her and after a lot of place we visit this was the perfect one for her. They treat her with a lot of patient, love and determination until they finally did her grooming. I recommend it 100% and more; thank you so much for your support, advice and not give up easily on her. See you soon 🙏🏽🥰
