Crossroads Grooming & Boarding, Inc.

I've been to a couple different groomers here in town for my dog, Ursa. I've never quite been fully impressed until today! Sera did a wonderful job on her despite the fact that Ursa can be a little bit anxious at the groomer. The place was clean and the location is in a quiet area.

My super high energy dog, Mickey, LOVES going here!! He has the best time, and the staff are all super caring and kind!! 10/10!! They also include “daycare” and playtime when you board your dogs without any extra charges :)

We love Crossroads! Both our dogs attend doggy daycare, Jinx is there almost every week and Momo comes along once a month or so. They are also so excited to arrive and wonderfully happy and tired pups at the end of the day. We love the confidence and social skills that Crossroads carefully cultivates in our dogs through sorted play groups. Absolutely would recommend! (Although space can be limited since so many people love bringing their dogs here!)

Crossroads is amazing! If I could I would give them more than five stars. The best part, everyone genuinely cares about and loves dogs. Our puppy always has the best time there! We couldn't have asked for a better daycare :)

Crossroads is the best daycare ever. My Rott absolutely loves going every week, he will wait by the door! The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. My Rott has gotten much better socialization and some training techniques from just being around the professionals/other dogs. The prices are much more moderate than other places nearby, and there is even a discount if your pup goes 3 days a week. They offer a lovely grooming service as well. I had an issue in the beginning of my time at Crossroads because my dog refused a bath, but they did their best and were very accommodating, and ended up only charging me for a partial bath. I really appreciated this and thought it was very professional of them. Also, I love the large outdoor space my dog can run around in. This is not something I see in other daycares. Plus, I get photo updates of my dog, and they are the cutest things ever! I feel so safe dropping off my baby at Crossroads and would recommend over and over again.
