Cristina's Dog Grooming

My first experience with them went well. My dog came back happy and healthy, and I felt good about the service. The second time, she seemed happy when I picked her up, but later I noticed bleeding sores and bumps on her skin. She was cut short and has bumps on her skin so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they didn't know a bump was there and nic her. However, after the third appointment, my dog seemed noticeably traumatized. She was very sensitive around her ear, and I believe she may have been injured. That’s when I became concerned that the dogs may be handled too roughly. The environment felt rushed, and customer service was not very responsive or reassuring. Unfortunately, based on these experiences, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with my dog again.

I recently had a really bad experience at this establishment, which I would not recommend for pet owners with dogs requiring special care (fluffy hair) due to their unprofessional services. My disappointing visit commenced when I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday around 2 p.m.. The appointment was set for today, but when I arrived, they informed me that I was not on their schedule, despite prior confirmation. They offered an alternative appointment for the following day, but later called to suggest I bring my dog in again on the same day, which I accepted because my dog really needed it. Upon arrival, they expressed concerns about my dog's knotted hair, stating that it would require significant cutting. Furthermore, they made inaccurate claims about my dog's behavior. One of them started saying “my dog was bad behaved, that bites, and don’t let anyone touch him”, which is weird because last time I took him there, the same lady told me he was so well behaved and let her do all the job. After this, the same lady said that it would take all day to them to detangle all his hair (I think no one would leave a dog all that time there). Ultimately, I realized that they were making excuse

This is our 3rd visit. Christina is amazing and her assistant. First cut done by her assistant and she did an amazing job so we went back and Christina did the grooming, AMAZING! Third time, AMAZING. I can’t go anywhere else. I love supporting smaller businesses and I am glad I gave this woman a chance! Go see her! Oh, if you need a House😝, call me or just google Lola Fashola!

I'm am SO HAPPY with this place! My unruly, wild, Australian Kelpie, wouldn't let me bathe her or trim her nails. I sent her to Cristina's and I'm so glad I did. She came home smelling clean and with a nice little doggie manicure. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! It's hard to tell from the pic that anything was done, but she's cute so, there ya go.
