Very nice and organized store with a great selection of fish, live corals, snakes, hamsters, and other pets. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything looked clean and well cared for. Highly recommended for pet lovers!

I am honestly disappointed that our only local small animal supply store is not only overpriced, but they inaccurately display their prices. Written on the tanks as of today, 4/22/2026 at 1:05pm several of the schooling fish are on sale for 7.99/3. Obviously this means for 3 small schooling fish (Neon tetras) it is 7.99. An actual deal, considering these fish go for roughly 2.99 at Petsmart right now. I proceed to pick out three species of small schoolers, and then plants and a pleco I was after. I get to the register and notice something wrong. The bags have written on them not 5.99, 7.99, and 5.99, but triple the prices. Very confused I ask why the 7.99 for three fish are magically $20. ESPECIALLY FOR THREE SMALL NEON TETRAS. They reply they are 7.99 each. To be fair the clerk seemed confused too, but the lady who helped me with the fish said they are indeed nearly $20. I immediately excused myself from the store, I will rather drive to the literaly next closest small fish store and spend the gas money than spend $20 for three neon tetras. It just shows how they run their business, and a business like that is not one I ever intend to spend my money in ever again.

Almost never come here as it’s out of my way. I always loved it here as a kid and remember loving looking around and always had great experiences. That was not the case today. We went in looking for a couple new goldfish. The sales guy(wish I got his name) was short and rude with us during his first interaction. Then we looked around for a bit and found what we needed. We went to ask him for help and he said when he was done with his current customer. He proceeded to spend the next 25 minutes with her and followed her out to her car, gave her a big hug, all while she bought nothing. It was obviously someone he knew or someone he wanted to know It was obvious he did not want to help us. I was excited to bring my 3 kids here to look around. Everything looked great but customer service was terrible. We will find our fish elsewhere.

Used to be the best place to get fish.I was there yesterday just looking at the fish and some older big guy bark at me like he was a 5 star general, when asking if I needed help or not, kinda rattled me because I was like wth.. Im just looking. As I was standing by I heard him tell a father with a young daughter its perfectly fine to put fish in a new tank along as you wait 24-48 hrs..this caught my attention..and I stood by to listen. He then told them as long as you chang the water water once a month everything would be fine.. when they walked away I asked them if it was a brand new tank.and it was, I told them small water changes everyday, get a water test kit and go home and look up how to cycle a tank. Went back to looking at the fish. I was shocked to see the condition of the tanks. Dirty and a few had a few fish barley swimming..this was never like this a few yrs ago.I wish when the owners hire people for the fish area they would have said person learn the basics about fish care..I left there disgusted. I went to Petsmart and was shocked how clean thier tanks were there, I overheard the fish person giving accurate instructions. Im just sad those are the only 2 places we can ge

Went in for dog beds and was concerned that my Great Danes would not fit and the bed didn’t haven’t sizes in it. This employee says “well how much does he weigh?” I told him 175 and he says, “Well I’m about 175 let’s see if I fit!” 10/10 best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. He told me his name but of course I forgot but if your reading this Thank you for the help and the laughs. :) Maverick and Lucy appreciates you too! :)
