Hi, If you’re looking for a place to bring your dog this is it. I don’t usually give reviews but I thought it was important to relay this information. Some years ago My pup Mavericks daycare closed down abruptly and left everyone stranded. I immediately contacted Crate Escape in Charlestown and they took Maverick in with open arms. To be honest the old daycare shutting down was the best thing that could have happened. Since day 1 everything has been great. From the management to the attendants we couldn’t be happier. Maverick absolutely loves going to doggie daycare. You should see how happy he is when he gets to the front door. I love that they do special activities with the dogs. He comes home happy and tired. We’ve also used suite escape and it is perfect for when you can’t take the pup with you. I would recommend Crate escape to anyone who is looking to board/Daycare their dogs. Overall we couldn’t be happier. You will not be disappointed.

Our dog loves the attention he receives at Crate Escape! He loves to socialize with the other dogs as well as get pets and love from the staff. He’s always sprinting into the building to join his friends and comes out happy.

Crate Escape Charlestown has been such an amazing experience for me and my three dogs: Pilot, Twix, and Skye. Pilot and Twix go to the camp crate (doggie daycare side). They always come home happy and tired. Skye, who has some leash reactivity and behavioral problems, goes to the high spirited hounds. High spirited hounds has been such a blessing and benefit to Skye. It gives her a safe place to go during the day to learn skills and expend her energy. She also comes home tired and happy. Overall, the staff at Crate Escape Charlestown are incredible. They are kind, compassionate, and truly love dogs. I also know that my dogs will be safe and well taken care of during the day. Pilot, who is now ten, has been going to Crate Escape since she was a puppy. Before I sent her to Crate Escape, she was quite destructive and hyper at home no matter what I did. Crate Escape changed that instantly, and Pilot became a tired and happy dog at home. All my dogs truly benefit from going to Crate Escape Charlestown, especially since two of them are high energy pups. I’m really grateful for Crate Escape Charlestown and can’t recommend it enough.

My dog and I absolutely love Crate Escape! the staff is friendly and so wonderful with the pups. My dog is literally dragging me into the building she’s so excited to be there, and then will refuse to leave at pick up time! The overnight board has been incredible as well. Communication with the staff is always clear and efficient! Mel is beyond incredible at all she does here! I highly recommend!!

Our puppy LOVES going here! He gets so excited every time we walk in because he knows he gets to spend hours playing with tons of other dogs. Crate Escape took the time to evaluate our dog to make sure he plays well with other dogs, so we feel great sending him there, knowing that all other dogs were evaluated as well. They take the dogs outside every 30 min, but other than that, it's free time to play with whatever other dogs are there that day. The people who work there clearly love dogs and are happy to be there!
