Olmos Park is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Olmos Park follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I boarded my 8 y/o dog, Alice, for the first time in her life. I took her to see the place and the staff a couple of days before her reservation. Annie and Jasmine were both to kind and sweet to her. I received a telephone update and pics during Alice's stay which I really appreciated! Alice was great when I picked her up! I would absolutely recommend them!

Fantastic place for day and general boarding! I take my rough collie, Mipha, here weekly. They also have grooming in-house, which makes my life so much easier. Mipha loves the playtime and her puppy friends.

Every interaction was lovely. From initial call to drop off to pickup the entire experience made me feel good about trusting Cowboy Kennels with my cats. At pick up I was informed my fur babies were sweet and everyone enjoyed them and it seemed like they enjoyed their stay as well. Definitely will be going with Cowboy Kennels again in the future.
