They were kind and very helpful. I had to return a lost dog we found while driving. She had a pink collar and was well taken care of, so I'm sure her family misses her.

I did not look at any pets my visit was only to donate some cat food which they happily accepted. The waiting room looked welcoming. Also they seemed very nice. It is next door to the city landfill.

My friend and I came across two standard poodles on Farris by Bears Den pizza tonight. Two little girls had found them and one of the dogs approached the little girls, unprovoked and tried to bite them. We sent the little girls home and kept an eye on the dogs from a distance while calling Conway Animal Services. We informed Conway Animal Services that one of the dogs had tried to bite a little girl. They said they would send someone out. They showed up 2 hours and 3 neighborhoods later. This is after one cop showed up and when told they went toward the Carl Stuart Middle School, he said "the highschool?" And slowly drove toward Prince Street. After 2 more calls to Conway Animal Services were immediately hung up on and two more made it through, and two calls to the non-emergent Conway PD line, a cop arrive to the new location of the dogs. We repeatedly were clear that the dogs had tried to now bite several individuals. The individuals had not approached the dogs but were approached by the dogs. We were met with disinterest and a "we will get to it at some point" attitude. When the 2nd cop arrived, he mentioned that there must be another pair of dogs running around biting because th

I do TNR around Conway. The people here really do care about animals, and try everything they can to do right by each one that passes through their doors. Highly recommend adopting here. Currently it is also a no kill shelter. 🥰 Added several cats I have brought through their system and has great success.

Conway Animal Services is doing a wonderful job caring for their dogs. I’ve recently volunteered on their community dog walking events, and I’ve been very impressed. They are always looking for ways to make the shelter the best place it can be for their dogs. They have a great foster care and volunteer community for anyone who wants to lend a helping hand or might be unsure if a dog is the right fit for your home.
