This place is great, Jordan, the manager is exceptional. If I had a business I definitely want him to represent me because beyond the call of duty. I thought I lost my which I still know I lost my earbud and he opened the dust thing for me to try to find it, he’s nothing but wonderful has such a great personality. I highly recommend you find another person to be his assistant like him well anyway I highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s a wonderful place that he never says no he’s always helpful. If there are 11 stars, I would give him 11 stars. He’s so friendly so personable so knowledgeable . He even washed my mats for me! He keeps the place so clean and the free salad bar well stocked thank you so much Jordan and Colonial Car wash!😄

Have been going almost every day due when the salt was out. I was paying 25 every time so then I thought to get the fast pass and one of the workers ryan was very helpful with the process and was easier then I thought it was going to be! Now I have a plan and don’t have to pay every time I go!

I joined the unlimited monthly plan. I was unfortunately unable to continue with the program. When I called their main office the representative was more than kind and went above and beyond and helping me get a plan that would fit my budget.

Honestly, I would probably rate this Colonial Car Wash a 2/5 stars, but there are so many 5 Star reviews from years back (when this place was most likely better) I think I’m better off giving a 1/5. Here are my observations, I had a Ultimate unlimited plan from December 2025 until just recently. 1) Sometimes this location is just randomly closed, even though their hours are listed as 7am-7pm (I think it’s 8pm on weekdays) I’ve been here multiple times on random days around 4pm, 1pm, and noon and they’ve been closed many times. Quite frustrating when I’m paying for “unlimited” washes. I’ve also never tried going for a rewash right after getting one, but other reviews point out they give a hard time about that 2) The Vacuums still say “FREE VACUUMS” and they are anything but that. It’s a membership perk now, as other reviews point out. If you want free vacuums Hoffman Car Wash still actually has them. They’re also placed right next to the car wash line, which makes them super awkward to get in/out of, at least for me. 3) The car wash seems to get my Civic pretty clean, but it ALWAYS leaves it pretty soaked. My windshield is always wet after a wash, and my mirrors are even worse. T

So I have been coming to colonial for many years and I have had a good experience until I realized that they increased the rates and tried to make it seem like they increased the price by 3 dollars when it actually went up to almost 5, to boat the lady tried to tell me it didn’t actually go up more then 3 dollars. So I have the 19.99 monthly recurring plan. This plan went from 19.99 to 24.83. The plan used to include tax, so they posted on the sign that the cost went up 3 dollars plus tax, there’s the kicker the tax used to be included so the actual increase is almost 5 dollars, that’s just about a 25 percent increase.🥲I called to ask why they put that the monthly increase is 3 dollars when actually it 4.83! I was told that the state is making them break the tax up so they only raised the cost 3 dollars. What a joke, obviously this is there way to make it look like the increase is only 3 dollars. So if you continue the 19.99 dollars recurring plan, know that the cost went up nearly 25 percent a month, the cost used to include tax which it no longer does. What a shame…
