They wouldn’t help my dog after my he was hi by a car. Because I can’t afford the school. You would think the school would help. They turned me away and my dog passed

I am so glad we reached out to these folks for help with an aquarium fish disease that has plagued us for some time now. We use microscopes for some diagnoses, and we should have been able to catch this issue ourselves but it had been missed until now. I’ve only gotten the preliminary report but today is a huge step forward for not only our fish health but also my own mental health!

they seemed like they cared for my dog but then they added things on to our bill that was never discussed and we didnt authorize them to do. We contacted them about it and they told us they would contact the dean and get back to us in 3 days. Our dog ended up dying the next week, as we were grieving and didnt care about the bill, we didnt call them back for 2 more weeks. They said they had no idea what we were talking about. Had to start from scratch. It took them 2 months to adjust the bill and they didnt even take all of it off. Only about $50 on a bill that was $200 over what was quoted. I dont even think they were good doctors. If this place is a last resort because they have payment plans i guess go to them, but i sure as hell wont ever again!
