Our two pups love a trip to Clippers. We always find unique and safe chews for them to enjoy and they pamper our pups with treats when they come with us. Great local small business!

Shortly after our St. Bernard turned 1, he started having digestive issues. For the next year, we were in and out of the vet office trying to figure out what was wrong. We spent thousands of dollars with no relief. Kate, the owner of Clippers Canine Cafe, was determined to help us. She had mentioned several times that her dogs ate a raw diet. She was never pushy, just encouraging. The expense is what prevented us from making the switch. The digestive issues persisted. Finally, we followed her advice and started a new diet. I cannot even begin to tell you the change in our dog. He became a new animal. He is the healthiest Saint we’ve ever had. It’s truly amazing. And the cost? We’re spending about the same as we did before, because our vet visits have all but stopped (just the occasional well visit). This store carries the best food, treats, toys, etc. And the staff are great. We’ll never go anywhere else!

Excellent store! This store has a great selection of natural and raw food for dogs - frozen, freeze-dried, etc… They also sell supplements, toppers, toys and other dog & cat stuff. The owner Kate is amazing - knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. It is my go to store for all my dogs needs! I’ve fed my dog raw since he was a puppy and by feeding him raw his coat is beautiful, his weight is healthy and any health issues are very rate. He also loves his food. I’m so happy that Clipper’s Canine exists!!

I have been a customer of Clippers for many years. The team is always so knowledgeable and friendly. My pets have many different needs and Clippers always has what I need to keep them happy and healthy. We even found a treat my supper picky cat will eat. Supporting small business is so important so check them out.

I've been shopping at Clipper Canine Cafe for over 10 years! Supporting small business has always been my go to. Kate and her team provide excellent service, are full of knowledge, carry some of the best natural and healthy foods on the market, and really care about each pet and customer that walk through those doors. I switched my dogs to Steve's Real Food raw this past year and it's been such a blessing to be able to access and buy it locally. My dogs love coming into the store to pick up their food, treats, and toys! Next time you are visiting Old Ellicott City, you should stop in for some awesome pet goodies!
